Accommodation has been reserved in various price categories around venue hotel at preferential rates per room per night. Rooms will be offered on a “first come-first served basis”.

All rates will be confirmed on your accommodation acknowledgement and will be inclusive of breakfast, unless otherwise stated.
Reservations
Reservations should be made on the official Registration Form and must be secured by either INR cheque drawn in Indian bank or payment by credit card for the deposit.
Payments received by TCI will be passed to the hotel and any outstanding balances in terms of extras in the room must be settled in all directly with the hotel prior to departure. To confirm the reservation TCI will collect 1night deposit at the time of booking and remaining amount will be settled one month before the conference commencement.
Cancellations, Amendments & Substitutions
Cancellations must be received in writing to TCI up to and including Monday 1st Jan , 2009. Prior to this date 01night deposit will be refunded lessINR 3,500/- administrative charge. After this date the entire payment is non-refundable. However, substitution of attendees may be made at any time.
In the event of non-arrival the hotel will release the reservation by 1000 hours the following day and the deposit is non-refundable.
TCI reserve the right to charge the full cost of any booking in the event of any nights cancelled after Wednesday 31st Dec, 2008.
TCI will endeavor to meet all accommodation requests. However, should your preferred accommodation choice be unavailable, TCI reserves the right to make your booking at the nearest available alternative.
